- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I had to wait 45 minutes just to speak with someone about a hold account. After waiting they told me my account is under review and they could not tell me why . They have my account hold for a full week. I have no access to my money , i have no way to pay my bills, pay daycare or put gas in car. I had to miss time from work to stay home with my child and they claim it's nothing they can do.
